As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing material and reports, maintaining workflow, providing requested information, maintaining appointment schedules, completing projects, developing filing systems, monitoring and reconciling expenses, maintaining records, compiling project results, and contributing to the overall operation of the company.
The ideal candidate will have administrative writing skills, Microsoft Office skills, professionalism, problem solving, excellent communication skills, organization, time management, data entry skills, and will work with in a team environment.
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree (B.
) from a four-year college or university and two to four years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible administrative or secretarial experience.
Minimum of 1 year in Accounts Payable and Accounts ReceivableBe able to work full time, and have the ability to manage time and performance efficiently.
Experience using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks and Outlook for Windows.
Effective telephone skills, including the ability to handle difficult calls and situations patiently and tactfully.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure, as well as understand and carry out oral and written instructions, with minimum supervision

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
