Office Clerk

Placement Pros is currently seeking a seasonal Office Clerk in the Arvin area.
Position pays 15.00 per hour.
Shift is 8am - 5pm
This is a seasonal position.
Job duties consist of but not limited too:
Record keeping including production, payroll inventories, and environmental and safety data.
Entering data into the computer using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Maintain and update filing, inventory, and database systems using computer.
Communicate with customers to answer questions or explain information, take orders, or address complaints.
Working hours: Monday - Friday 8am -5pm
3+ years experience providing administrative support.
Skill Set:
- Requires advanced computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to administer applications/ time bound processes to meet all deadlines.
- Typing Speed of 50+ WPM

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
