Superviser et coordonner les activit s quotidiennes et les processus de travail de la succursale pour obtenir la satisfaction de la client le et la profitabilit optimale de la succursale Diriger le personnel de la succursale au moyen de communications efficaces, d assistance professionnelle et en faisant la promotion du travail d quipe afin d am liorer le rendement dans tous les domaines fondamentaux, en mettant un accent particulier sur le service la client le Assurer la viabilit financi re de la succursale en tablissant et en contr lant les mesures cl s du rendement pour ce qui est des niveaux de stock, du contr le des bouteilles, des itin raires des camions et d autres biens fixes. Coordonner, mettre en uvre et maintenir des pratiques de travail s curitaires Offrir au personnel de la succursale des formations sur les produits et des formations commerciales de base afin d assurer l efficacit duservice la client le

Responsibilities:

-Oversee and coordinate the daily activities and work processes of the branch to ensure optimum customer satisfaction and branch profitability

- Manage branch staff through effective communication, coaching and team building to achieve superior performance in all key areas, with a particular focus on customer service

- Responsible for the financial viability of the branch by establishing and controlling key performance measurements with respect to inventory levels, cylinder control, truck routing and other fixed assets

-Coordinate, implement and maintain safe work practices

- Provide product and basic sales training for branch staff to ensure effective customer service

Qualifications

De base:

Un dipl me d tudes coll giales obtenu ou en vue d obtention est ESSENTIEL, de pr f rence un dipl me en administration des affaires

1-2 ann es d exp rience administrative de pr f rence en milieu industriel sont ESSENTIELLES

Excellentes capacit s de communication, interpersonnelles et comp tences d instructeur sont essentielles Capacit s d accomplir des t ches multiples qui comportent des ch ances serr es sont essentielles Excellentes comp tences en informatique et bonne connaissance du syst me SAP sont essentielles Une exp rience confirm e de la gestion de personnel est essentielle Bonne connaissance de ce que repr sente un service la client le hors pair est essentielles Connaissances informatiques des logiciels Word, et Excel est un atout La connaissance de l industrie des gaz et du soudage est un atout

Basic:

- University degree or College diploma, preferably in Business Administration; or equivalent experience would be considered

- 1-2 years administrative experience preferably in an industrial environment is a MUST

Other:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and coaching skills is a must

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under time pressure is a must

- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in SAP are a must

- Experience managing people is a must

- Strong appreciation for excellence in customer service is a must

- Computer application knowledge of Word, and Excel is good to have

- Knowledge of the gas and welding industry is an asset

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
